Project Administrator

My client is a market leading manufacturer. Due to a restructure of their Projects Office they have created a new position of Project Administrator. This is an exciting time to join the business as they are growing to meet the increase in projects they are experiencing.

Reporting into the Manager of the Project Office, you will be supporting the delivery of projects by providing data reporting to the multi-function project teams. This will involve collecting, analysing and then communicating project data metrics for project tracking and delivery between project teams. You will be responsible for creating, populating and maintaining a dataset.

Applications are invited from project administrators, project coordinators, project engineers, and data analysts, with experience of gathering and analysing data. Ideally you will be coming from a low volume production or manufacturing background, but this is not essential. You will need to be an advanced level MS Access user and accomplished at visual basic programming.

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. You will need to develop strong working relationships within the company across all levels of the business. Equally as important is the ability to work well in a team.
