I am working closely with my manufacturing client, part of a much larger multi-national organisation, to recruit a Production Operative to work at their facility near Newport Pagnell. The main purpose of this role is to manufacture hydraulic hoses and assembly units which are used in a wide range of safety-critical applications including fire suppression systems and heavy plant equipment.
Due to the nature of the applications and environments their products are used within, it is essential that candidates are able to pay close attention to detail and follow procedures for both quality and H&S reasons.
We are able to offer our Production Technicians a starting salary of £19,500, paid overtime when available, 25 days holiday, pension and benefits. There will also be career progression opportunities within the company in the future for those who excel in the role.

Core hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. A full UK driving licence would be beneficial but not essential, as would IT skills.
