I am working exclusively with a global leader in market research to recruit an Associate Research Director to join their specialist team. Their ground-breaking research provides their clients with data on market trends, market forecasts and specific customer insights, enabling them to identify business opportunities and develop successful strategies.
This is an exciting time to join them as they continue to expand due to increased demand for their services and products. In particular, within the UK Animal Healthcare market (previous knowledge or experience within the AH market would be beneficial but not essential).
You will primarily be focused on managing research projects from proposal stage through design to final delivery, creating impactful reports and delivering presentations to clients. Predominantly quantitative-based, these research projects will include standardised survey questionnaires, repeat panel research studies (i.e. brand tackers), and relevant market data. You will need to manage multiple projects running simultaneously, be able to sample the study data to gain initial insights, and account manage in this client-facing role.
You will also be monitoring market developments and brand perception, and coordinating other national and international studies with our foreign branches. In addition, you will have a working relationship with international customers to process and address their specific enquiries.
We are keen to engage with Research Managers and Associate Research Directors who have many years of customer insights market research experience as well as account management (client facing and client management) with the ability to focus on customer needs.
This role will be predominantly home-based with occasional travel to the company's sites across Europe and the UK and to meet with clients. The company are able to offer an attractive salary and benefits package, as well as career progression within the organisation in the future.
