Service Engineering Co Ordinator (Global Machinery Manufacturer)

We are a globally respected automated machinery manufacturer formally recognised as THE world leader in our industry. Having experienced unprecedented growth in the last 12 months, we are now growing our Service Team further to cope with the continuing demand for our phenomenal, sophisticated machines.

We now require an experienced Service Engineering Co Ordinator who will manage the coordination of installation, commissioning and warranty activities for capital equipment projects and upgrades to existing equipment worldwide across all ranges of our equipment. This role will include scheduling engineers, monitoring and recording costs, ensuring projects are installed and commissioned on time and ensuring that all documentation is up to date amongst your many duties. We can offer an experienced Service Co Ordinator an attractive salary of up to £35,000 and benefits including some working from home days.

• Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with people from all sizes of organisation and from all cultures.
• Prior experience of managing service engineer activity and the customers
• Desire to provide customer service at an elevated level - internal and external customers.
• Excellent Microsoft skills and Experience of using ERP system for coordinating field service activities.
