HR Generalist/HR Manager
St Neots (Both full time and part time applicants considered with Hybrid working available)
We are a Global Leader which employs 3700 staff across 30 countries. Our innovative technologies which include dehumidification solutions see us at the forefront of climate control in mission critical environments such as Food, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Preservation. Due to the upcoming maternity leave of our HR Manager, we are seeking an HR Generalist/HR Manager to join us in the new year for a period of 8 to 9 months on a fixed term contract. You will actively support approximately 90 employees across the UK and several in Ireland and local management in reaching our mission by managing all day-to-day operations of Human Resources to include: labour regulations, recruitment and contracts, employee on boarding, compensations and benefits, performance management and best practice and any other duties associated with a Generalist role.
We can offer an attractive salary of up to £45,000 and invite applications from HR Managers/HR Generalists with the following attributes:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Generalist HR role
- Able to work in a stand alone capacity as we are a global organisation with a Global HR team which meets online weekly.
- Experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment desirable but not essential
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Great problem solving and conflict management skills
- Ability to work in a global matrix structure
- Hands-on mentality
