Employed as a Shift Maintenance Team Leader leading a multi-disciplined and multi-skilled team of Engineers and Technicians at our busy manufacturing plant in Royston, Hertfordshire you will be at the heart of a business renowned for developing the next generation of technologies to meet global challenges. Our Shift Maintenance Team Leaders enjoy an enviable, industry leading remuneration package of up to £60,000 per annum made up of an attractive base salary, shift allowance (12/7 day shifts), bonus, super pension scheme and much more.

We are looking for a Shift Maintenance Team Leader with the following attributes:

• Prior experience as a Maintenance Team Leader leading a team within a high volume, process driven manufacturing environment (i.e. chemical, food, agro-chemical, automotive, pharmaceutical, refining, or similar) - Previous Shift based experience required.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Track record of promoting the use of LEAN methodologies within a team and co-ordinating the use of resources and fully utilising the skills within the team to meet operation and maintenance needs
• Ability to build upon relationships with Production Staff (from Operative level through to Management)
