Senior CAD Technician (HVAC/Civil Engineering/Building Services)

Established for over 30 years, we are specialists in providing industrial climate control and ventilation solutions to a portfolio of customers across data centres, pharmaceuticals, warehousing and waste water to name but some. We have enjoyed tremendous growth since our inception and are proud to have achieved a multi million pound turnover.

Due to this growth, we are further expanding our Design Team and are looking for a Senior CAD Technician who will assist in leading us further towards our goal of becoming the UK's leading niche market HVAC provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing drawings, drawing details and CAD/REVIT support in the areas of building layouts, general arrangements, bracketry and fixings and fabrications as well as dealing with suppliers and clients and attending site when necessary to assist with surveying and generation of survey drawings.

We can offer an attractive package of up to £50,000 dependant on experience as well as enviable career development opportunities.

We invite applications from experienced CAD Technicians with a minimum of three years' relevant experience, with particular consideration given to candidates with experience gained within HVAC/Civils/Buildings Services environments or similiar. We are looking for CAD Engineers with the following attributes:

• Prior experience as a CAD Technician
• Experience gained within Building Services/HVAC industries
• 2d and 3D modelling experience
