We are a hugely successful and pioneering machinery manufacturer proud to be delivering innovative, bespoke solutions and turnkey systems to our customers all over the world. Due to an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a QHSE Manager who will own, manage and strategically develop a brand new new QHSE function for our business. This is the first time our business is recruiting for such a role, therefore this is a unique opportunity for an experienced QHSE professional to come in and develop our strategy.

The role will entail implementation of our quality practices and a QMS, working towards obtaining ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications for the business, reviewing current H&S policies, processes and procedures and proactively improving these where necessary to promote a positive H&S culture in the workplace and creating, implementing, and maintaining an ESG policy to ensure that impact on the environment is reduced to as low a level as is practically and economically feasible. We can offer an attractive salary of up to £55,000 dependant on experience along with excellent benefits including bonus and early Friday finish.

We invite applications from experience QHSE professionals with the following attributes:

• Strong experience operating as a stand alone QHSE professional in a similiar engineering/manufacturing environment
• NEBOSH National General Certificate (level 3) or working towards this qualification.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
• Familiarity with designing and implementing quality systems.
• Understanding of CE & UKCA regulations
