We are a hugely successful and pioneering machinery manufacturer proud to be delivering innovative, bespoke solutions and turnkey systems to our customers all over the world. In line with our continued growth, we are looking for a high calibre and experienced Service Manager to lead the existing team. A hugely diverse role, the Service Manager, would be for example responsible for developing strategies and solutions to continuously push the boundaries of excellence within service, suggesting new technology and software platforms that will be better for the engineers and customers and identifying areas such as soft skills training for Engineers which would consequently lead to increase in our revenue stream.
We can offer an industry leading package which comprises a very competitive basic salary (salary expectations to be discussed upon application) plus discretionary annual bonus and early Friday finish.
We invite applications from experienced Service Managers with the below attribues:
- Service Management experience within a similiar equipment manufacturing environment would be highly beneficial
- Strong man management experience
- Demonstrable experience of identification of business development opportunities within a similiar role
