We are a globally renowned manufacturer of intelligent solutions sold to blue chip clients around the world. Due to continued year on year growth, we are looking for an Electronics Technician to join the Electronics and Embedded Team within our R and D function. The Electronics Technician will support the development activities of the Electronics / Embedded team with testing, fault finding, prototyping and documentation. We are looking for an Electronics Technian with a keen interest in Electronics and Firmware and a strong willingness to learn and progress further in these engineering disciplines. This is a great opportunity to work within a busy R&D team that are developing real-world Electronic Products and Firmware and for example will involve duties such as fault finding to component level, firmware testing and debugging, developing test fixtures and providing suppport interface between R and D and other teams.

We invite applications from Electronics Technicians with the following attributes:

• Minimum HNC or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• Keen interest in Electronics and Programming
• Ability to use Electronic Test Equipment such as Oscilloscopes and Multi-meters
• Ability to read and interpret Schematic Diagrams and PCB layouts
• Hands-on engineering skills (soldering, wiring, mechanical)
