Service and Support Co Ordinator - Exciting business supporting major blue chip names
We are a successful and expanding engineering consultancy offering full turnkey solutions to blue chip process industry customers in particular food and beverage. From design, fabrication and installation through to service support, we can meet and deliver 100% on our customers' engineering requirements.
We are further building our support team and now require a Service & Support Co-Ordinator. You will be assisting our Head of Service & Support at our offices in Peterborough with a variety of tasks including invoicing, raising POs, delivery support and general administrative tasks. You will also be expected to help support the engineers by overseeing the engineers' time bookings and assisting with toolbox talks, PPE and travel arrangements.
We can offer a competitive salary of £25,000, 25 days holiday plus an extra day off on your birthday.
We invite applications from Service & Support Co-Ordinators with the following experience:
- Knowledge of engineering terminology and work experience within a similar industry
- Outstanding customer service and administrative skills and procedures
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, teams etc.
- Familiarity with admin procedures between companies
