Applications Packager - Croydon
We are a rapidly growing boutique Applications Specialist based in Central London privileged to work with an impressive portfolio of blue chip customers. Due to continued growth and significant new contract wins, we are looking for an Applications Packager to work on site with one of clients in Croydon to ensure the effective delivery of our application packaging and sequencing services. SC Cleared Applications Packagers with strong knowledge of MSI and App V are strongly recommended to apply if they are looking to work for an innovative business with ground breaking technologies. We offer an attractive salary of up to £70,000 plus excellent benefits and growth potential.
We invite applications from Applications Packagers with the following attributes:
- 4+ year's experience with MSI application packaging and App-V sequencing with experience in providing problem solving and Application consulting.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems.
- MCSE Windows 7, 8.x & 10 or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Can demonstrate knowledge of MSI, App-V, XenApp, Wise, InstallShield, Orca and WinInstall
packaging technologies.
- Experience of software implementations into medium and large enterprise businesses.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for MSI and App-V.
- Can provide quality technical and reporting documentation.
- Experience of, Active Directory, SCCM, Registry issues, Novell and Windows File Protection.
- Able to determine key aspects of packaging or sequencing standards.
