I am working closely with my manufacturing client to recruit an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join the on-site Engineering Team at their busy facility in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. You will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of the Operations (on specific projects) and Technical Services across the site. This includes management of both in-house and outsourced solutions, and working closely across departments and FM delivery teams. As a key member of the on-site Technical Team you will be leading and managing a team of engineers within the Water and Utilities departments.
Applications are invited from Facilities Maintenance Managers who have HVAC experience with at least some of the following plant equipment and systems:
- Pressure systems
- Hot water boilers & steam generators
- Generators
- Chillers
- Cooling Towers
- Air Handling Units (AHU)

- Refrigeration
We are particularly keen to engage with candidates who have previously worked within a high-risk manufacturing environment and/or production facility in sectors such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, nuclear, chemicals, oil & gas, water, or similar industries which require significant amounts of documentation. Equally, previous experience of managing projects with Data Centres would be great to have but not essential.
