Commercial Administrator
We are a hugely successful and pioneering machinery manufacturer proud to be delivering innovative, bespoke solutions and turnkey systems to our customers all over the world. Due to an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our After Sales team.
As a Commercial Administrator you will provide customer service and administrative duties that support both sales and after-sales tasks. A broad and interesting role, you will also be liaising with customers and other departments to ensure the swift provision of quotations, proposals and lead-times. We can offer an attractive salary and benefits as well as a 1pm Friday finish.
We invite applications from Commercial Administrators with the following:
- Experience of working in a busy manufacturing/capital equipment business.
- Proven administrative experience in a busy commercial/after care setting dealing with a global customer base.
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of various international payment methods.
- Very strong systems, MRP/ERP experience.
- Excellent customer service
- Keenness to develop and continuously acquire further knowledge
