We are an award-winning world class innovative manufacturer of technical products and systems with significant international presence across a range of markets. Due to our continued growth we are actively looking to recruit a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our expanding in-house team.

This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to develop and introduce innovative products whilst working with our global customers to understand and support their new applications.

Our modern purpose-built headquarters in East Yorkshire on the bank of the Humber comprise of offices, R&D and clean room manufacturing facilities, and are easily accessible by car and public transport. This role will be predominantly office-based but will involve some domestic and international travel to visit suppliers, customers, academic conferences and trade shows, so a driving licence and passport are desirable.

Within this role you will be responsible for taking a hands-on approach to the mechanical design and development of our products, from components and assemblies up to full systems. Directing the technical activities of the mechanical engineering section through making key decisions and leading by example as one of our technical experts.

Your time will be spent developing, refining and improving our existing range of products (from full systems down to sub-assemblies and individual component) as well as contributing towards R&D projects, NPD and NPI of products of the future.
