Programme/PMO Manager (Remote Role with flexibility to travel nationally and internationally)

On a stable growth journey driven by the megatrends of climate change, electrification and digitalization, we continue to grow our EMEA team.
To accelerate our ongoing transformation, we are seeking a highly ambitious individual to join our Strategy and Business Development team in the capacity of Programme PMO Manager. The Programme Manager will have significant visibility within the organization working closely with the EMEA Management Team, driving key strategic initiatives and organisational transformation projects for the EMEA business. The role will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment, consistent planning and implementation follow-up whilst communicating in a structured manner across all tiers of our organisation from shop floor through to the C Suite.
We can offer a highly competitive package of up to £70,000 per annum, car allowance, bonus and private health and invite applications from Programme or PMO Managers with the below attributes.
- 3-5 years of experience working in change management projects or in project management.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment with complex geographical considerations.
- Strong personal initiative and exceptional ability to work independently.
- Proactive approach to learning and managing projects.
- Strong project management skills the with the ability to manage complex projects across functional areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate ideas and concepts into tangible initiatives, plans and actions that drive business value.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with individuals at all levels, from the shop floor to C-level executives.
