Alliance Consulting was on boarded for an RPO campaign in order to deliver 20 new heads within a 12-week timeframe.

Deliverables:

• On board to the Barracuda Networks email domain, Jobvit (CRM), Slack and Zoom and receive full systems training ahead of campaign kick-off.
• Deliver full resourcing and advertising support as well as handling all responses to Barracuda’s own advertising.
• Candidate management and progress tracking from advert response to offer, contract issue and onboarding.
• End to end management of the Hiring Community within Barracuda Networks from vacancy briefing through to hire.
