Matt has over 20 years of executive search experience with a strong focus at VP level and above. Having started his career with Michael Page International, he has recently become the “go-to” search consultant for several new and established players in the broad gaming ecosystem. Matt also services some of the most exciting new technology companies in Silicon Valley. Matt is Alliance Consulting’s resident “jet setter” taking advantage of his Anglo Italian ancestry to flit around Europe whilst also plotting to acquire his third passport! International man of mystery or man on the run? The jury is out!

With a degree in Industrial Design and Technology followed by a PhD in Environmental Product Labelling gained at Loughborough University, Dan joined Alliance Consulting in 2015. Drawing on his diverse range of prior experiences from both industry and academia to understand niche requirements, Dan has account managed and built strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders through to board level within both FTSE100 listed organisations and tech start-up businesses. Work completed, Dan can be found roaming the UK discovering a plethora of microbreweries and sampling their delights, utilising his carpentry skills on an ever-growing DIY list restoring his cottage and occasionally, belting out a song or two at the village karaoke!

Reda joined Alliance Consulting in 2010 to support the finance function having previously enjoyed a career within the hospitality sector. Reda runs a tight ship on all things accounting within Alliance Consulting whilst also operating the mummy taxi for her two young children which runs daily to football, cheerleading and dance. Parental duties complete, Reda can be found out for a jog or bike ride or walking for miles in the countryside with her jack russell/pug cross. Afterwards, you will most likely locate her at a bottomless brunch location with Maria!

A Business graduate from the University of Birmingham, Maria started her recruitment career in 2000 working for a leading international finance specialist before transitioning for a period into local commercial recruitment whilst her children were younger. Maria ultimately found her niche within the Engineering and I.T space upon joining Alliance Consulting in 2011 growing and nurturing a portfolio of clients in the UK, Europe, and North America. Outside of work, Maria enjoys vacationing in European hot spots, foraging for porcini mushrooms in acres of forest land with her husband and chocolate labrador and leisurely bottomless brunches with the girls!
